How we verify suppliers

What we check for the Verified badge

• Company registration: registration with the relevant authorities and an active tax number.
• Export history: evidence of recent exports, such as a chamber of commerce membership or export documents.
• Certificates: copies of claimed certificates (ISO, CE/MDR, FDA, FIFA Quality, social audits), checked for validity and scope where the issuer offers a public database.
• Contact details: a working business address, email and phone that match the company.
• Re-checks: verification is repeated every year, and badges are removed if documents expire or complaints are upheld.

What verification doesn't mean

We don't inspect production or guarantee product quality, delivery or payment. Buyers should still order samples, agree specifications in writing, and use inspection and secure payment terms appropriate to the order.

Listing rules

• Only manufacturers and their own export companies. No replicas, counterfeit branded goods or trademark infringement.
• No listing of a company without its permission.
• Product claims must match the certificates provided.
• Memberships are yearly and never renew automatically.
