Who we are
Sialkot Expo is an online expo connecting buyers with manufacturers in Sialkot, Pakistan, operated from Malta. Contact: hello@sialkotexpo.com.
What we collect
Buyers: name, company, business email, country, website and the details of your request. Exhibitors: company details, products, certifications, and the contact person's name, email and phone. Our host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security.
How we use it
To review requests and applications, to introduce buyers to matched suppliers (we share a buyer's request and contact details only with suppliers matched to that request), and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the expo. We don't sell your data and this site uses no tracking cookies.
Where it's kept and for how long
Data is stored with our hosting provider in the EU and in our business email. Requests are kept for up to 24 months; exhibitor data for as long as you're listed plus 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@sialkotexpo.com. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
